FBA Prep — Common Questions

Everything you need to know before sending your first shipment.

Standard FBA prep turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time your shipment is checked in to our WMS. Larger shipments (5,000+ units) may take up to 72 hours. We always notify you when your inventory is ready and the shipment plan is created.
FNSKU (Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit) is the barcode Amazon assigns to your product that ties it specifically to your seller account. It must be applied to every unit before sending to a fulfillment center. Yes — FNSKU label printing and application is always included in our standard FBA prep price at no extra charge.
Yes. Items 16×12×8 inches or weighing 3.5–7 lbs are classified as bulky and are prepped at $1.20/unit regardless of volume. For items larger than this or with special requirements (glass, fragile, irregular shape), contact us before your first shipment for a custom quote.
Yes. We assemble multi-packs and bundles starting at $0.80/set for 2–3 unit sets. This includes polybag, "This is a Set" label and FNSKU label. See our Kitting & Bundling page for full details and pricing.
Yes, absolutely. This is the most common workflow. Your supplier (domestic or international) ships directly to our address: 3515 Columbia Road, Unit 2105, Lebanon, OH 45036. We receive, inspect and photograph the shipment, then notify you. You do not need to be present.
No. There is no minimum order or shipment size. We work with sellers from their very first 5–10 unit test shipment all the way to thousands of units per week. New sellers are especially welcome — we understand how important the first shipment is.
