FBA Removal Orders — Processed & Ready to Re-Enter

Amazon sends your removal inventory back in bulk, often in mixed condition. We sort, inspect and prepare each unit so you can put it back to work — not leave it in a box.

Step 1 - Amazon removal order ships to our Ohio address
1

Set Our Address as Your Removal Destination

In Seller Central, set our warehouse address as the destination for your removal order. Amazon ships the inventory directly to us — no need for you to arrange anything.

Works for all removal order types (stranded, excess, customer return)

We notify you as soon as the order arrives

Step 2 - Sort and inspect each unit from the removal order
2

Sort & Inspect Every Unit

Removal orders often arrive mixed — some units perfect, others damaged. We open every carton, sort by ASIN, and inspect each unit for damage, missing parts, or unsellable condition.

Why It Matters

Unprocessed Returns & Removals = Lost Money

Most sellers ignore their returns and removals — letting recoverable inventory sit unsorted. We turn that into a revenue recovery system.

💰

Recover Sellable Inventory

Up to 70% of returned units can be restocked and resold. Without inspection, you're writing off profit that should be in your pocket.

📸

Evidence for Reimbursement Claims

Our photo inspection reports give you documented proof of the condition Amazon returned your inventory in — essential for filing FBA reimbursement claims.

🔄

Faster Re-Entry to FBA

Processed, re-labeled and packed — your removal inventory goes back into FBA in days, not weeks, so it can start generating sales again immediately.

📊

Full Inventory Visibility

You always know what you got back, what condition it's in, and what we did with it. No guessing, no mystery units sitting in a box.

No Disruption to Your Business

Returns and removals are handled automatically at our warehouse. You don't need to be involved day-to-day — we follow your standing instructions.

🌍

Works for International Sellers

You don't need to be in the US to process your returns. We receive, inspect and act — you just review the report from wherever you are.

FAQ

Common Questions

You simply use our warehouse address (3515 Columbia Road, Unit 2105, Lebanon, OH 45036) as your return address on your shipping labels and in your Amazon or platform return settings. Customers ship back to us and we handle everything from there.
We log and photograph every return the same day it arrives. Inspection and grading is typically completed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an inspection report with photos before we take any further action on the unit.
Our photo inspection reports are specifically designed to support reimbursement claims. They document unit condition on arrival, any discrepancies vs. Amazon's removal report, and damage. Many sellers successfully use these reports when filing claims through Seller Central or a reimbursement service.
You decide. We can: (1) dispose of them at a small per-unit fee, (2) hold them for your review with photos, (3) ship them to a liquidator or specific address you designate, or (4) donate them if you prefer. We follow your standing instructions — or ask for approval on a case-by-case basis for items above a threshold you set.
In Amazon Seller Central, go to Inventory → Manage FBA Inventory → select items → Create Removal Order → choose "Ship to address" and enter our Lebanon, Ohio address. That's it. Amazon will ship the removal directly to us, and we'll process it when it arrives.
Yes — this is one of the most popular uses. Once we inspect and re-label the units, we prep a new FBA inbound shipment and ship directly to the Amazon fulfillment center. You create the shipment plan in Seller Central, share it with us, and we handle the rest. Units are usually back at Amazon within a week.
