General

We are located at 3515 Columbia Road, Unit 2105, Lebanon, OH 45036 — near Cincinnati, Ohio. Our central US location means 1–2 day USPS/UPS ground delivery to over 70% of the US population, which is ideal for fast FBM order fulfillment and FBA inbounds.
Our team speaks English, Russian and Romanian fluently. This makes us a go-to partner for international sellers from Eastern Europe and Russia entering the US Amazon marketplace — no communication barriers, no misunderstandings.
We offer a full range of 3PL and Amazon prep services: FBA Prep & Labeling, FBM Order Fulfillment, Warehouse Storage, Kitting & Bundling, Returns Processing (FBM and FBA Removals), and Food & Grocery Prep with expiry date compliance and FIFO management. See our Services page for the full overview.
Absolutely. We have no volume minimums and welcome sellers from unit #1. Many of our clients started with small test shipments and grew with us over time. We'll onboard you at any stage and scale with you as your business grows.
Yes — this is the most common workflow. Just give your supplier our warehouse address and they ship directly to us from China, Europe or anywhere else. We receive, photograph and check in the shipment the same day it arrives, and you receive a receiving report with photos. You never need to touch the inventory yourself.
You can reach us via Telegram (@Prepcenter365), WhatsApp (+1 647-490-7847), or email (support@365prepcenter.com). We respond quickly — typically within a few hours during business hours. No ticketing system, no runaround — you talk to real people who know your account.
No setup fees, no onboarding charges, no monthly account fees. You only pay for the services you actually use. We send an itemized invoice after each job or monthly for storage, so you always know exactly what you're being charged for.

FBA Prep

Our standard FBA prep includes receiving & inspection, FNSKU labeling, poly bagging (where required), bubble wrapping fragile items, suffocation warning labels, "Sold as Set" markings for bundles, carton packing per your shipment plan, and carton labeling. We handle every step between your supplier and Amazon's fulfillment center.
Our standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from the time all inventory is received and your shipment plan is confirmed in Seller Central. For large volume shipments or complex prep, we'll give you an estimated completion date upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Yes — we stay current on all Amazon FBA prep requirements including category-specific rules, poly bagging standards, bubble wrap requirements, suffocation warning thresholds, and shipment plan accuracy. Our goal is zero errors at the fulfillment center. If Amazon rejects a unit due to a prep error on our end, we re-prep it at no charge.
Yes — you or your VA creates the shipment plan in Amazon Seller Central (or your prep software). Once the plan is confirmed, share it with us along with the FNSKU file. We print the labels, pack the cartons to your plan, apply carton labels, and hand off to the carrier. We can walk you through the process if you're new to it.
Every inbound shipment is photographed and counted on arrival. If there are discrepancies — damaged units, short counts, or wrong items — we document everything with photos and notify you the same day. This documentation is essential if you need to file a claim with your supplier. Damaged units are quarantined and await your instructions before any action is taken.
Yes — we handle oversized, heavy, and bulky items. For items that don't fit Amazon's standard FBA requirements, we can prep them for FBM fulfillment instead, or help you decide the best channel for oversized inventory. Contact us with your product dimensions and weight and we'll give you a prep quote.
Yes. For shipments that qualify for Amazon's LTL (Less Than Truckload) option, we palletize, shrink-wrap and label pallets per Amazon's requirements. LTL shipments are ideal for large volumes since they reduce per-unit shipping costs. Ask us about LTL prep when you request your quote.

FBM Fulfillment

Your inventory is stored at our warehouse. When an order comes in on Amazon, eBay, Shopify or another platform, you send us the order details (or we receive them automatically through your system). We pick, pack and ship the order the same day, then upload the tracking number to your marketplace. The customer receives their order within 1–3 days in most of the US.
Orders received by 2 PM ET on business days are shipped the same day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. We'll confirm the exact cutoff for your account during onboarding, as it may vary slightly during peak periods.
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. For each order we select the carrier and service level that gives the best balance of speed and cost based on package weight, dimensions and destination. You can also specify a preferred carrier or service level for your account if needed.
Yes — we fulfill from a single inventory pool across Amazon FBM, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce, Etsy and more. You manage your listings; we handle every outbound order regardless of the platform it came from.
Yes. If you supply branded packaging, custom boxes, tissue paper, thank-you cards or other inserts, we include them in every order per your instructions. Just ship the materials to our warehouse and tell us the assembly instructions — we handle the rest at a small per-insert fee.
Shipping cost is billed to you at the actual carrier rate — we don't mark up shipping. Some sellers provide their own discounted shipping labels (e.g. from Pirateship or their Amazon Buy Shipping account). Others let us generate the label and bill the cost. Either approach works — just tell us your preference during onboarding.

Storage

Every inbound shipment receives a free 30-day storage period starting from the day we check it in. After 30 days, standard monthly rates apply ($0.50/cu.ft for shelf storage, $15/pallet). This applies to every new inbound — so if you send stock regularly, you're always within the free period for your recent arrivals.
No minimum — you can store a single box if that's what you need. We bill based on actual space used, so you only pay for what you're storing. There's no monthly minimum charge or commitment required.
We offer shelf/bin storage for small-to-medium products (organized by SKU in labeled bins) and pallet racking for bulk or heavy inventory. Shelf storage is billed per cubic foot per month; pallet storage is billed per pallet per month. Both types can be used simultaneously for the same account.
We provide real-time SKU-level inventory visibility. You always know what's in stock, what was received, and what was shipped. We also send a monthly inventory reconciliation report. Low-stock alerts are available so you can reorder before running out.
Yes — this is one of our most popular setups. One pool of inventory at our warehouse serves both purposes: we pick and ship FBM orders same-day, and prep FBA inbound shipments from the same stock whenever you're ready. You manage the split; we execute both.
Yes, at any time. No lock-in, no notice period required. You can arrange a pickup, have us ship the inventory to another address, or transfer to another 3PL. We'll give you a final inventory count and bill any outstanding storage through the withdrawal date.

Kitting & Bundling

We assemble multi-packs (2-pack, 3-pack, etc.), gift sets, variety packs, subscription kits, component kits, branded kits with inserts, and health & beauty bundles. As long as you provide a clear SOP (standard operating procedure) with component lists and packaging instructions, we can build it.
Yes — a SOP or bill of materials is required before we start any kitting job. It can be as simple as a list of components, quantities per kit, and packaging instructions. If you're unsure how to write one, we can guide you. We won't start assembly until we've reviewed and confirmed your instructions with you.
No hard minimum — we've done runs as small as 20–30 kits. Very small runs may carry a small setup fee. For large runs (500+ kits), we offer volume pricing. Let us know your quantity when you request a quote.
Most kitting jobs are completed within 2–5 business days after all components are received and your SOP is confirmed. Complex kits or large quantities may take longer. We give you an estimated completion date before starting and keep you updated.
Leftover components are counted and returned to your inventory at our warehouse. You receive a completion report showing how many kits were assembled, what components were used, and what remains. Leftover stock can be used for future kitting runs, fulfilled as individual units, or sent to FBA.
💰

Pricing & Billing

We charge flat per-unit rates for prep and fulfillment services, and per cubic foot (or per pallet) for storage. There are no monthly account fees, no setup fees, and no minimum charges. You pay only for what you use. Full pricing is available on our Pricing page.
Yes. Sellers with high monthly volumes (typically 500+ units/month for prep, or 100+ orders/month for FBM) qualify for custom volume pricing. Contact us with your expected volumes and we'll put together a tailored rate sheet.
We invoice at the end of each job for one-time services (FBA prep, kitting, etc.) and monthly for ongoing services (storage, FBM fulfillment). Invoices are itemized so you always know exactly what you're paying for. Payment is accepted via bank transfer, Zelle, or other agreed methods.
Shipping cost to Amazon FBA (for inbound shipments) and to customers (for FBM orders) is billed at the actual carrier rate — we don't add a markup. We compare rates across USPS, UPS and FedEx and select the most cost-effective option for each shipment unless you specify otherwise.
No hidden fees. All charges are listed in advance and itemized in every invoice. The only variable is shipping cost, which depends on carrier rates at the time of shipment. We'll always tell you the estimated shipping cost before dispatching if it's above your expectations.

Getting Started

It's simple: fill out our quote form or contact us directly via Telegram or WhatsApp. Tell us about your products, volumes, and what services you need — we'll respond with a custom quote within 24 hours. Once you approve, we send you our warehouse address and onboarding instructions, and you're ready to ship.
Onboarding is fast — typically completed within 24 hours of us agreeing on rates. We send you our warehouse address and receiving instructions, collect your FNSKU setup and any special prep instructions, and you're ready to send your first shipment. For complex kitting or food prep accounts, we may schedule a brief call to align on your SOP before starting.
No long-term contracts required. We work on a per-job and month-to-month basis. Some high-volume clients prefer a service agreement for rate certainty — we can accommodate that too. Either way, you're never locked in.
To give you an accurate quote, it helps to know: what products you sell (category, size, weight), what services you need (FBA prep, FBM, storage, kitting), your estimated monthly volume, and any special prep requirements. You don't need all of this to start a conversation — just reach out and we'll ask the right questions.
Yes — we welcome visits. If you're in the Ohio area or passing through, reach out to schedule a time and we'll show you the facility. For sellers based outside the US, we're happy to do a video tour of the warehouse via Telegram or WhatsApp video call.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's ever an issue — a prep error, a discrepancy, a delay — contact us directly and we'll resolve it fast. If a mistake is on our end, we re-prep or reship at no cost to you. And since there's no contract, you're always free to move to another provider if we're not the right fit.
